PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Stay tuned for an email update when your order is on its way. Orders placed Friday - Sunday will not begin processing until Monday. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If you have not received an updated email it means your order has not been processed. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. If you still have not received an email stating your order has shipped and its outside of the 10 - 14 business day window please do not hesitate to contact us at INFO@XTENDBOUTIQUE.COM.
RETURNS
All exchange or return will be of final purchase price on your original receipt within 7 days of purchase. The shipping fee is nonrefundable.
Hair must be returned in its original new, unused, unwashed, unaltered and all tags must be attached, packaged and in new condition. We will not exchange without original receipt back.
